Leading the iconic sporting goods brand Easton during its 90th anniversary, Shane orchestrated a focused strategy that propelled the company to double-digit revenue and profit growth annually.

Following his impactful stint at Easton, Shane and his wife, Stephanie, established Antler Ridge, diversifying their portfolio across various industries and later forming a multifamily office, TNE Management, in collaboration with three family offices.

Devoting significant time to Eques Health, a healthcare venture co-founded by Shane and Stephanie, Shane also oversees multiple businesses ranging from manufacturing to entertainment.
